Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk assists with unloading deliveries, receiving products, and tracking shipments. They will also work at the counter, make sales, and troubleshoot order issues with suppliers.

Requirements

• Shipping and Receiving daily UPS and truck freight
• Creating Purchase Orders
• Order shop supplies as needed
• Enter parts on individual jobs
• Count and correct inventory
• Make new jobs in DATS
• Build crates
• Interact with customers at the counter and process payments
• Interact with DHI employees
• Respond to Customers and fellow DHI employees by email, by phone and in person
• Quote and price custom customer crates and skids and enter in DATS & Reqlogic
• Make and quote hose jobs
• Operate forklift
• Replace broken tools for employees
• Pull inventory for jobs
