We craft spirits of the highest quality and deliver brilliant experiences to people around the world. We're looking for a Customer Service Analyst to maintain a robust Customer Service across Brazil operation.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Service role within the food and beverages industry
- Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel is required
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC) is mandatory
- Intermediate English is mandatory for this role; Spanish proficiency is desirable
