Regional Sales Manager

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage a sales team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• 完成地区销量
• 管理销售团队
• 制定销售策略、方案
• a) 分配各渠道、各经销商、各担当销售指标/Distribute sales target by region by distributor
• b) 提供精准销售预测/ Provide monthly regional sales forecasts by SKUs
• c) 销售指标及执行谈判/ Negotiate sales target and execution plan
• d) 合同谈判及跟进/ Negotiate distributor contracts and follow up
• e) 配合市场部活动/ Coordinate with marketing team for the event.
• f) 配合电商部门运作/ Coordinate with E-commerce team to monitor secondary pricing structure
