Job Description
The Country Manager, Greater China Region will join a global team of experienced commercial leaders who will actively drive revenue growth and awareness of Oxford Nanopore Technologies. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business plan for Greater China, and delivering to agreed commercial targets for the region.
Requirements
- BSc degree (preferably in the Lifesciences)
- Proven track record as a commercial leader managing sales channels in China
- Experience of working under pressure with minimum supervision in a highly matrixed sales and service environment
- Experience working with CRM to track sales activity
- Knowledge of the Life Sciences
- Local knowledge of Chinese best business practices
- Strong communication skills, Chinese and English, written and verbal
- Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confidence, tact
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Team-oriented approach to learning
