Hetero Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager -Sales to lead the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) business in China. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance in one of the world's most dynamic pharmaceutical markets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for API products in the Chinese market
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and manage the budget for the API sales department
