Job Description
SunVena seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support for the Operations Department, ensuring timely processing of project components and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated experience in solar operations administration or project coordination
- Strong understanding of the solar project lifecycle, including AHJ permitting and utility interconnection
- Proficiency with CRM and project management softwares
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette
