Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Observability to join our Observability team and define the future of how Supabase is monitored, debugged, and understood.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years leading or managing teams
- Have built, significantly evolved, or operated an observability platform at scale
- Deeply technical across the observability stack: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboarding
- Have hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, OpenTelemetry, or similar, at production scale
