Job Description
Supermicro is looking for a talented and passionate Application Engineer with in-depth knowledge in computer/server architecture to provide technical supports to enterprise, data centers, and HPC customers. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer/server product and exceptional communication skill.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 1+ years of working/technical support experience in computer systems and/or servers
- Strong organizational and well-developed social skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills and on-site support skills
