Job Description
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Rack Integration team in San Jose. The role focuses on identifying and developing new opportunities in Rack Integration projects, generating leads, and expanding client accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering discipline (desirable)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in server products or sales/marketing environment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
