Job Description
The Data Center Cabling Specialist will act as the factory and on-site coordinator for cabling/data installation projects. The Cabling Specialist task will be to ensure job completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining the efficiency of the staff assigned to the project.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in cabling systems, such as BICSI Technician
- Proven experience as a Lead Cabling Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using cabling tools and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and adherence to industry best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
