Supermicro is seeking a Director, Sales for the Eastern Europe region to drive growth and market share by developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other advanced business qualification
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a regional management role
• Proven success in managing complex projects and achieving goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English and native language of Eastern Europe (Polish, Czech, or Hungarian)
• Passion for sales and adaptability to flexible work schedules
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions
