Director, Technology Enablement

The Director of Technology Enablement will lead efforts to boost market adoption of Supermicro's Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) and energy-related total solutions, building strategic alliances, enabling technology integrations, and meeting KPIs like revenue growth and market share.

Requirements

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for DCBBS and energy-efficient total solutions
• Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, IHVs, ISVs, hyperscalers, and energy providers
• Drive design wins and adoption for DCBBS by turning technical needs into business opportunities
• Lead enablement programs for DCBBS, including training on energy-efficient systems and AI tools
• Analyze markets to find energy-related opportunities, optimize DCBBS pricing, and track ROI via KPIs
• Mentor teams to innovate in DCBBS deployments, negotiate energy contracts, and launch joint initiatives
• Manage channels and energy partnerships with incentives for sustainable total solutions to meet revenue goals
• Facilitate executive engagements, audits, and events to speed up DCBBS market entry and secure key deals
