GM, Field Applications Engineering

Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded GM, Field Applications Engineering/Solutions Enablement Leader to lead our growing EMEA FAE organization. As GM, Field Applications Engineering, you will be engaged in the team activities of supporting our sales teams in initial customer engagements via solutions enablement and also manage a team of Solution Enablers and FAE's handling multiple high profile enterprise accounts in EMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 18+ years of working experience in OEM/ODM environment with at least 8 years of experience leading teams.
• Expert knowledge in cloud uses cases, architectures, algorithms, frameworks, head node, and datacenter components.
• Experience engage with tier one customers with big size CSP deployment is a plus.
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, ability to lead the team to resolve complex issues with high level of ambiguity.
• Solid interpersonal skills in verbal, written, and presentation with outstanding organization skills to lead cross-functional teams to business success.
