Job Description
The (Sr.) Field Application Engineer (FAE) will work with customers to develop new or existing opportunities in the global IT market, providing technical leadership and solutions.
Requirements
- Works closely with sales and extended teams to map customer business and provide technical solutions
- Provides technical leadership in Pre-Sales and oversees implementation of solutions
- Has a good understanding of firmware, drivers, OS, Applications and their interaction that can cause system issues
- Ability to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needs
- Ability to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customers
