Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to optimize production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive operational excellence in an electronics/high-tech environment. This role involves analyzing manufacturing processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of production or manufacturing experience (electronics/high-tech preferred).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
