Production Quality Engineer

Production Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring PCBA products meet internal standards and customer requirements through quality control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct regular meetings to review defects and identify quality risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong independent thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Business-level or higher proficiency in English
• Proven experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, and issue resolution
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab
