Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector, to optimize production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School degree, college degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly is plus
• Lean management knowledge is plus
• Microsoft Office (excel, word) knowledge
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
