Job Description
Supermicro seeks a dynamic Program Manager to drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs, leading cross-functional teams from sales, productions, and purchasing. The role requires exceptional project management and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field
- Reasoning Ability: work efficiently with cross-functional teams, and especially multiple internal work groups
- PC or Server Hardware experience and knowledge
- Excel / analytical skills
- Excellent in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing), Chinese speaking skill is a plus
- Planning / Manufacturing experience in IT hardware is a plus
