Project Manager

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Rack Integration team, responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in rack systems, integration, or project/product management
• Proven track record in managing projects related to supercomputing or similar fields
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Familiarity with the rack manufacturing industry and the ability to interpret rack elevation drawings
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
