Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Repair Engineer to perform PCB assembly repair, rework, and functional testing of printed circuit boards (PCAs). Responsibilities include quality control, ECO upgrades, and ensuring compliance with ISO QMS and safety regulations. The role involves identifying faults, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (highly preferred)
- 2+ years of proven experience in computer board repair (including troubleshooting and component rework)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with testing equipment and diagnostic tools
