Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Test Engineer to perform daily production tests and IQC on PCBA boards. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and quality control to ensure product quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Perform functional testing of assembled server systems, including hardware diagnostics, firmware loading, and system validation.
- Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes for hardware, firmware, or configuration issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Maintain and improve test stations, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce false failures.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordinate pilot testing for new server models.
