Repair Technician

Supermicro is seeking a Repair Technician to work in the RMA Repair Department in The Netherlands. The ideal candidate has good repair experience and soldering skills to perform RMA repair jobs.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair Supermicro RMA products
• Test and calibration of Supermicro/OEM RMA products and final assemblies
• Follow drawings, written and verbal instructions to complete work assignments
• Determine job status and material status of jobs
• Report any defective parts to RMA Repair Database
• Onsite customer support service as needed
