Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Sales Account Representative with experience in selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in winning enterprise level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Requirements
- Associate degree is required, bachelor degree is strongly preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in tech industry is desired
- Experience in data entry with strong attention to details
- Possess strong communication skills, ability to communicate both effectively and professionally through: phone, E-mail, verbal and presentation
- Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skill, consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
- Must have expert knowledge on excel
