Sales Support Administrator

Supermicro is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can provide support to the field sales team, process orders, and monitor inventory in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability and pricing
• Assist the sales team with data entry tasks and backup for other sales support team members when needed
• Work cross-functionally with production, account and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedule and to expedite and pending repair orders
• Help process orders, expedite orders, assist with RMA's
