Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to resolve and repair server systems at customer sites, requiring exceptional technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years' experience in enterprise data center operations
- 3-5+ years' experience working with server, storage, compute and network hardware
- 3-5+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure
- Ability to lift to 30-50lbs unassisted
- Comfortable working in an environment requiring exposure to noise
