Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, project management, and technical activities, with a proven track record in managing projects related to supercomputing or similar fields.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in rack systems, integration, or project/product management
- Proven track record in managing projects related to supercomputing or similar fields
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Familiarity with the rack manufacturing industry and the ability to interpret rack elevation drawings
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
