Job Description
The Sr. Field Application Engineer will be part of a growing team responsible for developing new or existing opportunities in the global IT market, working closely with customers and internal teams to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Recruits, leads, and mentors a team of FAEs in support of revenue growth at assigned accounts
- Provides technical leadership in Pre-Sales and oversees implementation of technical solutions
- Effectively engages with C-level technical customers and gains/maintains trust
- Has a good understanding of firmware, drivers, OS, applications, and their interaction that can cause system issues
- Develops and reviews datacenter systems solutions, technical bid responses, and presentations
- Builds and demonstrates proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needs
- Visits on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution
