Job Description
Develop strategies to activate, engage, and retain customers, analyze behavioral patterns, and create programs to increase revenue and repeat purchases. Support sales teams, market segmentation, and global strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- MBA or master’s degree in EE or Computer science
- Strong expertise in OEM/ODM business process and customer/vendor relationships
- Strong business management skills and analytical skills
- Proven track record in business growth and development
- Fluent in English (write and speak)
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations
