Sr. Production Quality Engineer

Our Production team is in need of a Production Quality Engineer to collect quality metrics for products with an aim in practicing and executing design feedback for manufacturing, product quality improvement management, covering post-sales product quality and services support, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Review and adhere to all company policies as outlined in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook and comply with all terms and conditions of applicable employment agreements.
• Manage comprehensive quality issue analysis and generate thorough Failure Analysis (FA) reports from a quality perspective.
• Demonstrate strong quality assurance capabilities, particularly in evaluating material data sheets and adherence to specified criteria.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve and sustain superior product quality.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information exchange and problem-solving.
• Oversee the creation, collection, analysis, and secure traceability of quality data, maintaining comprehensive records for internal and external verification.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct field site product quality control and collaborate with worldwide quality teams to integrate feedback and implement quality enhancements.
• Monitor the implementation of solutions and preventative mechanisms to address and mitigate potential quality issues
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality processes.
