Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management and insurance
• Experience in the technology industry or with companies that manufacture and distribute hardware
• Deep understanding of insurance principles, coverage types, and claims processes
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive global insurance programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
