Job Description
We seek a dynamic Sr. Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales teams in managing customers and their orders. The role involves providing technical and administrative product information, daily sales order processing, and customer account maintenance.
Requirements
- AA degree required, Bachelors degree is preferred
- 8+ years of direct, related sales support experience
- Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders
- Strong professional communication skills
- Customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills with word and excel
