Job Description
Sr. Software Product Manager responsible for defining and prioritizing BIOS, BMC, and Open Source features on motherboard and system products, supporting enterprise customers, and working across hardware, firmware, and software departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, CS, CE) or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in computer firmware and software development or management
- At least 5 years of Product Management and Technical Product Manager Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing support questions around BIOS
- Strong technical comprehension of software around hardware security, industry standard management specifications
- Experience in development of software processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage terms of peers across a functional team
- Ability to multi-task against disparate project and timelines to provide comprehensive support and completion to all the moving parts of each project
- Strong technical, people and organizational skills
