Job Description
We seek a talented Sr. System Engineer to lead technical collateral development of in-house multi-node server system products, defining and implementing latest data center and storage technologies.
Requirements
- Work with product managers, system engineers and production to manage the product life cycle (from design to EOL phase)
- Define and develop application benchmarks based on enterprise storage requirements and generic server architecture
- Execute benchmark testing and build proof of concepts based on latest data center technologies and Supermicro server products
- Apply various component knowledge such as CPU, DRAM, flash-based storage, and motherboard to develop and integrate embedded system products and solutions
- Proactively engage in learning and researching new technologies and products to propose new Proof of Concepts
- Work with sales/FAE and customers to provide optimal solution and technical support
