Job Description
Sr. Technical Program Manager (BMC) responsible for enabling new BMC features, driving competitive software/firmware product feature requirements, and managing feature requests and issue support requests from customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years above BMC firmware design experience
- Experience in developing technical specifications and design documents
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
- Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
- Experience in technical support service to customers
