Job Description
As a System Repair and Test Technician, you will test and calibrate Supermicro/OEM RMA products, perform ECO and BIOS upgrades, and provide onsite customer support. You will have solid knowledge of PC systems, server operations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Technical school certificate or college degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a test technician
- Good operation software skills in Windows or Linux
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, resolve problems and manage time
