Requirements
- Understanding of Windows operating system architecture, TCP/IP protocol suite, and basic Internet technologies
- Experience in providing technical support
- Experience in working with virtualization
- Experience in working with monitoring systems (Nagios, Cacti...)
- Working with ticketing systems
- Developed skills in written and oral communication
- Knowledge of the English language
- Driving license B category
