We're looking for a Director of Commercial Partnerships to lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem for the gaming vertical, developing partnerships, negotiating high-value agreements, and ensuring strong vendor performance to support product innovation, customer engagement, and profitable growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries
- Proven track record negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth or cost optimisation
- Strong understanding of gaming products, player behaviour, and market dynamics
- Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments
- Demonstrated people leadership experience (3+ years) with ability to build high-performing teams
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgement
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial strategy
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts, legal implications, and partnership governance
