Staff Data Engineer

Requirements

• Strong SQL and data modeling experience (Kimball, Inmon, or similar)
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster
• Proficiency with analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Experience with modern ELT tools
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD in a data context
• Ability to translate business needs into clean, maintainable data sets
• Strong communication skills—can explain data to humans and code to computers
• Comfortable working with stakeholders who aren’t technical like Product Managers, Business Experts, etc
