Job Description
The Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to resolve technical support requests, provide personalized assistance, and educate clients on the Superblocks platform. The role involves building technical documentation, participating in customer meetings, and partnering with Product Management and Engineering leaders to determine feature direction.
Requirements
- Interest in solving technical problems for customers
- Determined, driven, & have a desire for continuous learning
- An engineer by way of education: whether by Bachelor's degree or coding bootcamp
- Technical with experience in JavaScript, Python, OR TypeScript and familiar with web technologies (e.g., REST APIs, HTML/CSS)
- Strong presenter and confident in technical conversation
- Passionate and pride yourself on staying up to date with the latest technologies
- Excited to work from the New York office 5 days a week
