Engineer II

Join a team that builds precision micro metals as a hands-on manufacturing engineer. Provide engineering support to daily manufacturing operations, interpret blueprints, and troubleshoot fabrication and forming issues on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Provide engineering support to daily manufacturing operations
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications
• Program and optimize laser cutting equipment, turret presses, and press brakes
• Troubleshoot fabrication and forming issues on the shop floor
• Develop and maintain manufacturing routings and process documentation
• Monitor production output to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Support new product launches and prototype builds
• Partner with Quality on corrective actions and process improvements
• Evaluate and implement engineering design changes
• Recommend tooling, fixture, and process enhancements
• Support scrap reduction and cost improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with supervisors, operators, and safety teams
