Associate Director, ​Head of Compound & Data Management

Superluminal Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Head of Compound & Data Management to oversee the strategy, roadmaps, and long-term plans of the compound management group, and to build fully integrated, automated, and data-driven compound management and assay biology workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or closely related field
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Experience managing direct reports, CROs and key stakeholders
• Experience building or overseeing compound management capabilities
• Experience with laboratory automation
• Experience managing lab buildouts or expansions
• Research informatics, data science, or scientific programming experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple tasks
