Job Description
SuperOrdinary is a growth partner and marketplace expert helping consumer brands scale through social commerce, powered by short-form video and livestream shopping. The Director of Brand Success owns full team P&L, leading a team of Brand Leads, and is accountable for profitable growth, forecasting accuracy, and expense discipline.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, brand management, consulting, or high-growth agency roles
- 2+ years managing people or leading teams
- Proven experience owning a P&L or significant channel/account budget
- Deep category/market knowledge in beauty, fashion, and/or personal care
- Strong analytical rigor and exceptional executive communication skills
