Accounts Payable (Utilities Lead)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable, Utilities Lead to manage our robust list of utility accounts across multiple entities. The ideal candidate thrives on investigating anomalies, mastering complex reconciliations, and delivering accurate, high-quality data in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
• Previous experience working with multi-entity operations is required
• Proficiency in Sage or similar mid-to-enterprise level accounting software is a significant plus
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and data formatting)
