Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of accounting experience (Senior level)
- Strong background in: General accounting, Month-end close, Reconciliations
- Familiarity with lease/property accounting (CAM, rent, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with accounting systems (Sage Intacct or similar is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication skills
