Job Description
Superstate is building investment products leveraging blockchain tokenization. As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you'll build and maintain highly reliable, scalable infrastructure, architect robust systems, and lead initiatives across devops, security, observability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of professional software engineering or infrastructure experience
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
- Extensive experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong background in systems engineering, networking, and distributed systems
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (ECS, EKS)
- Proficiency in languages (Java, Go, Rust, or similar) for automation and tooling
- Deep understanding of security principles and secure infrastructure practices
- Experience with high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a reliability and security focused mindset
