Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team at a fast-growing legal AI startup. In this role, you will own two critical functions, billing operations and accounts payable, and support the month end close process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience spanning both billing operations and general accounting
• SaaS, technology, or start-up experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in using AI tools in day-to-day work
