Job Description
Develop and integrate electrical and control systems for liquid cooling equipment, including CDU, sensors, actuators, and safety interlocks.
Requirements
- Design and integrate electrical systems for CDU, filling, drain, and leak test stations
- Select and integrate sensors (temperature, flow, pressure, leak)
- Design control logic for pumps, valves, solenoids, alarms, and safety shutdowns
- Support PLC / controller integration and HMI interfaces
- Ensure electrical safety, grounding, and compliance
- Support system commissioning, debugging, and qualification
- Collaborate with thermal and mechanical teams for system-level integration
- Assist in defining automation and scalability roadmap
