Job Description
Responsible for full-cycle mechanical design and development of precision electronic modules, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and vendors. Key focus areas include 3D modeling, DFM/DFA, thermal/tolerance analysis, and support through prototyping and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in [relevant industry, e.g., consumer electronics, automotive. robotics, etc.].
- Strong proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and manufacturing techniques (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable mechanical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with tolerance analysis, thermal/structural simulations.
