Senior consultant procesoptimalisatie en -implementatie

We are looking for a seasoned Consultant Process Optimization & Implementation who makes a difference. The candidate will work on process analyses, re-design and implementation of improvements within supply chains, production and logistics processes, using proven methods such as Lean Six Sigma and BPM, and tools like Power BI, Lucidchart and ERP systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in process optimization, transformation or implementation projects, preferably within consultancy or project-based environments
• Demonstrable experience with analyzing, redesigning and implementing processes in logistics, production or supply chains
• Demonstrable experience with methods such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN
• Vision on process optimization within Supply Chain & Operations and actively contribute to knowledge sharing
• Leadership experience, coach colleagues in their development and actively contribute to team growth and knowledge development
• Good communication skills at different levels, from the shop floor to management
