Job Description
Build the technological backbone of a data-driven future as CTO/Principal Data & AI Lead at Next Senz, combining vision with hands-on action and helping the team grow.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data, analytics, machine learning, and AI
- Strong technical knowledge of Python, dbt, Spark, ML models, Azure, and/or AWS
- Experience with data platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in consultancy or customer-oriented environments
- A balance between conceptual thinking and practical action
- Natural leadership: analytical, accessible, honest, and result-oriented
